Fairbanks is a very private lake in a very private community.
Median home sale price this year was $3 million.
Hence the fence.
We have friends who know friends who live here,
but they are (apparently) all off in Hawaii or skiing for the New Year's holiday.
So I took a few photos through and over the fence
and we checked this lake off the list.
