Miramar (view of the sea) is on a bluff in Scripps Ranch and extends over 162 acres.
It is open daily; operated by the City of San Diego Public Utilities Dept.
It is extremely popular and the parking lots are full much of the time.
It's open for fishing, hiking, running, cycling but no water contact.
However, I was once on the lake in my Kayak, chasing Amphicars!
