This is a small, scruffy reservoir only accessible by a long dirt trail from the NE,
and a short steep asphalt path from Otay Lakes Road on the S side.
Its dam is covered with grafitti despite warning signs and barbed wire.
It is dwarfed by Lower Otay Lake.
